Projects & Processes
Due to NDAs and IP policies at my previous organization (EverBright), I cannot share access to all learning assets. Instead, I'll share what I built, how the process went, and what I learned along the way.
AI-Augmented Learning: NotebookLM & Yoodli for Leaders
Problem: A global tech company's Leadership Development program sought AI-supported approaches to self-serve learning.
Process: I audited a list of recommended resources related to key development topics (Communication, Navigating Change, Influencing Others, Goal-Setting & KPIs, and Wellbeing) and produced a series of 5 Assessments in Yoodli, an AI-powered communication tool. Rubrics for each assessment corresponded with skills covered that month, and each rubric became progressively more challenging as the program proceded, culminating in a final assessment that measured all rubrics. I also created shared NotebookLM resources for learners in the program, and provided NotebookLM orientation in the LMS as a means of customizing their learning and getting the most relevant takeaways from the resources.
Solution: Scalable, innovative, AI-embedded learning that was fresh and relevant for manager-level audiences.
Data Visualization: Program Metrics & Feedback Analysis
Problem: A monthy virtual DEIB learning program's user experience, costs, revenue, and engagement data was widespread across platforms and not easily referenced for making key business decisions. I developed a first-of-its-kind analytics dashboard to collate and simplify data for leadership.
Process: I corralled existing data from key stakeholders and gained access to primary data-capturing accounts (like Zoom, Mailchimp, Jotform, and Credly). Then, I built a global data spreadsheet, bringing all available data into one source of truth and synched it to LookerStudio, where I visualized the learning program’s user engagement (from pre-event marketing pushes, click-through-rates, registrations, attendance metrics, and post-event engagement), development costs, and user feedback (coded by theme and sentiment). This allowed stakeholders to review the data that was most relevant to necessary decisions.
Solution: A Clean, navigable dashboard and global data spreadsheet that housed all available program data.
Website: Rebuilding a Learning Ecosystem
Problem: A legacy learning hub for a FAANG company had become cluttered and remained unused, so I led its reinvention into a modern self-serve experience hosted on an internal Google Site.
Process: I audited existing content for accuracy and value, led a team effort in rewriting, reviewing, and redesigning resources (published in Google Doc and Slides), and added interactive HTML elements to spark exploration and reflection. Through structured UAT and stakeholder reviews, we refined tone, flow, and accessibility until the site guided learners naturally from awareness to action. I also consulted with our visual design team on re-branding efforts and the new platform empowers teams to seek solutions independently, before initiating a consultation process.
Solution: A streamlined, branded, interactive learning and support site that re-energized engagement and built trust with field managers and leadership.
