I design learning experiences that help people take pride in their work and organizations evolve with purpose. I started my career leading sales teams, where I learned that empathy and EQ drive real performance. That insight led me into learning design — from retail to tech to graduate study, and ultimately to consulting with a Global Tech company's leadership programs with Everbright in San Francisco.

When I’m not building learning systems, I enjoy making music, walking in nature, entertaining my toddlers, or cooking through Half Baked Harvest cookbooks with my wife.
